"Food Friday"....Taco Soup!

  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1-2 lb. ground beef (browned - add the packet of taco seasoning toward the end)
  • 1 can pinto beans (drained)
  • 1 can kidney beans (drained)
  • 1 can black beans (drained)
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can Stewed tomatoes (I like the flavor of the Italian Stewed Tomatoes)
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can of corn

Dump all ingredients into a crockpot. 
Put the lid on and cook on low for 8 hours 
or high for 4-6 hours. 
It's as easy as that! 
Top each bowl with shredded cheese 
and a dallop of sour cream if desired!
Serve with tortilla chips or rolls.
